Confidentiality is at the heart of a CFO’s job. This website is designed to collect the bare minimum: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party services.

Data collected and purposes

When you use the contact form or send an email, we receive the information you choose to share: name, company, email address, phone number, type of need and message. It is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

Your messages are read only by Célia Marchi. They pass through the website host, OVH SAS (France), and the Microsoft 365 email service, acting as processors. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for no more than three years after the last contact and then deleted, unless a contract has been signed in the meantime.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is sent to any external service during your visit.

Security and technical logs

The website is served over HTTPS only. To prevent abuse, the contact form keeps a one-way hashed fingerprint of your IP address for no more than one hour. The host also keeps technical connection logs in line with its legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to celia@asteria-management.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
